I am incredibly grateful and blessed to have opened a second-place Nourish & Glow location in York, Ontario. This new space allows me to collaborate with a remarkable team of individuals, including doctors from diverse international backgrounds, skilled massage therapists, and talented aestheticians, all committed to serving the community with passion and expertise.

After over 30 years in the healthcare sector—working in various roles such as ICU nurse, ER nurse, surgical care nurse, foot care specialist, IV therapy provider, and most recently supporting Indigenous Canadians in First Nations communities in Northern Canada—I began reflecting on my passion and what truly drives me.

I realized that my calling lies in helping men and women achieve both physical and mental well-being, as well as happiness. A pivotal moment for me came when I stood in front of the mirror a few years ago and noticed wrinkles I hadn’t seen before. Despite feeling youthful on the inside, my skin was telling a different story. That’s when I recognized I’d been focusing on my health but neglecting my skin, our body’s largest organ, which requires just as much care as the rest of us.

This epiphany inspired me to merge my healthcare expertise with a creative approach to skin and beauty. I began learning about medical aesthetics and earned certifications in cosmetic injections, laser treatments, thread lifting, and more. Through this journey, I’ve developed personalized treatment plans to help individuals look and feel their best—both inside and out.

After honing my skills at cosmetic clinics in Newmarket and Toronto, I opened my first clinic in downtown Barrie(Simcoe Cosmetic Clinic) to serve my hometown and the Simcoe area. Now, with Nourish & Glow’s second location in York, I’m thrilled to extend these services to even more communities.
